Clinical research
Study planning, recruitment, clinical evaluation, and engagement with older adults and caregivers.
JOHNS HOPKINS AITC
The Artificial Intelligence and Technology Collaboratory for Aging Research supports the development and evaluation of technologies for older adults.

WHAT IS THE AITC?
The National Institute on Aging-funded JH AITC connects researchers and businesses with pilot funding, engineering and clinical expertise, and resources to develop and test technologies for older adults.
Its priorities include embodied AI, wearables, connected health, and research supporting people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their caregivers. Older adult perspectives and access to underserved communities help shape this work.
